
Chai is traditionally made by boiling milk, adding a thick black tea, spices and then bringing to a boil again. It takes a bit of time, but the result is worth the wait. The Peddlar has made it a little easier for you to enjoy this favourite. Put 1 tsp per cup in your teapot, boil water, pour over leaves and steep. Don't forget milk and sugar!
Ingredients: Black tea, Coriander,Sweet Fennel, Cinnamon, Cardamom, lemongrass leaves.
