Gunpowder tea, is a form of tea in which each leaf has been rolled into a small round pellet. Its English name comes from its resemblance to grains of gunpowder. There are several different types of gunpowder tea and flavour varies according to growing location. Formosa gunpowder tea is strong green tea with hints of floral flavour.
